To disconnect or separate.

To watch your body from a cloud,

peer as a peeping tom,

soft but, yet, so loud.

To be a ghost that

witnesses

their own body as a 3D object,

who's perceptions, It dismisses.

To realize you're actually here

and to recount passed by moments,

to have to fog lifted as you shed a tear.

to hate yourself so much

that you don't even want to be real,

to feel as if you're watching your life

on a screen, alive but unable to feel.

Dissociation.

To have you're brain behind stained glass

where others have a open window.

To not even exist.
